Cookie notice

Last updated: 17 August 2026

Status: Working text for this internal Atlas deployment. Have Efectis counsel review before go-live.

This notice describes cookies and similar storage on Atlas, the internal Efectis workspace on this deployment. Atlas is not a public marketing site. It is operated by Efectis Group for authorised staff.

1. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for Atlas to function. Efectis uses them on the basis of providing the internal tool (ePrivacy: strictly necessary for a service you have requested).

PurposeWhat it does
Session and sign-inSupabase Auth cookies keep you signed in and protect the session. Without them you cannot use Atlas.
SecurityHelp bind requests to your signed-in session and reduce abuse.
LanguageIf you switch interface language, a locale preference may be stored so the next page stays in that language.

They are not advertising cookies. They are not sold to data brokers.

2. Storage on your device that is not a cookie

Atlas may store preferences in the browser (localStorage), for example colour theme (light/dark) and whether a sidebar is collapsed. That data stays on your device. It is not used to track you across other websites.

3. Audience measurement

If Efectis enables privacy-oriented analytics (for example Plausible, configured for this host), Atlas may record page views without advertising cookies and without building a marketing profile for sale. The purpose is to operate and improve this internal instance (for example: is the landing page reachable, which language people use).

If that measurement is off, no such script runs.

4. What we do not use

  • Third-party advertising cookies
  • Social-network like/share trackers
  • Cross-site advertising identifiers

5. How to control cookies

You can delete cookies in your browser. If you delete authentication cookies, you will be signed out and must sign in again. Browser controls do not delete content stored in the Atlas workspace on the server; that remains under Efectis IT policy.

For questions, contact the Atlas administrators of Efectis Group. See also the privacy notice and terms of use.
