Platform licence

This licence is between Elia Studio, licensor of Nemrut, and Efectis Group, which operates this Atlas instance.

It records IP and use terms by clickwrap. It is not a paid master services agreement.

1. Ownership

Nemrut and the Core platform branded here as Atlas remain the intellectual property of Elia Studio and its licensors. This licence does not transfer title. Delayed or unpaid invoices do not transfer title.

2. Grant

Elia Studio grants Efectis Group a non-exclusive right to use this instance for internal business of Efectis Group and people it authorises.

3. Restrictions

Unless Elia Studio grants it in a later written commercial agreement, Efectis Group may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software, offer it as a hosted service to third parties, relicense or publish the proprietary Core, or remove copyright notices.

4. Modifications and Data

Efectis Group may configure this deployment and host overlay materials, and build internal features within licensed modules. Changes do not create ownership of Core.

All business data entered, proprietary documents, and generated proposals remain the exclusive property of Efectis Group and remain fully exportable and reversible at any time.

5. Confidentiality

Source code, product design, and non-public documentation are confidential to Elia Studio.

6. Commercial terms later

This version does not set a price or a subscription period. Elia Studio may publish a new version that introduces monthly or yearly fees. Use of that new version requires a fresh acceptance by an authorised representative.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This licence is governed by French law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with its interpretation or performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.

8. Acceptance

By accepting, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for Efectis Group.
